1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and jjj5 (hereinafter "jjj5", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the online gambling platform operated under the domain https://jjj5.cam (the "Website").

By accessing, browsing or using any part of jjj5, and particularly by creating an account or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use jjj5.

jjj5 is an English-language online gambling platform designed for Pakistani users. It covers cricket betting, live casino, sports wagering, slots and additional game categories, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjj5 does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and does not imply local legal authorisation of any kind. Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on jjj5, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age for gambling permitted in your jurisdiction if that age is higher. jjj5 operates a strict adult-only policy. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence. You must not be acting under a guardianship order or any other legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gambling is permitted in your location. jjj5 does not warrant that access from Pakistan or any other specific territory is lawful, and expressly disclaims any liability for unlawful use.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details provided must be truthful, current and complete. Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information at any stage is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on jjj5 or, to your knowledge, on any other operator platform where such cross-platform agreements apply.

4 Account Registration & Security

Upon successful registration, jjj5 will create an Account uniquely associated with your verified identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

• You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must notify jjj5 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• jjj5 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• We recommend enabling all available security features, including two-factor authentication where offered.
• jjj5 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending identity verification at any time, particularly where unusual activity patterns are detected.

KYC documentation (which may include a valid national identity card, passport, proof of address, and payment method documentation) must be submitted when requested. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended or closed, and pending withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on jjj5 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment method names commonly familiar to Pakistani users — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — may be referenced for contextual guidance. These names are provided for reference only and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement or active payment-processing partnership between jjj5 and any named financial institution in respect of gambling services.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the operator and displayed at the point of transaction. Illustrative examples such as PKR 1,000 may be referenced in promotional materials but the operative figure is always the live minimum displayed within the platform.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC review. Processing times vary by payment method. jjj5 does not guarantee same-day processing and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered jjj5 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• AML Review: jjj5 applies AML screening to all significant transactions. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds and to delay or decline withdrawals pending satisfactory AML review.
• Currency: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment-provider level is the User's responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency: Where crypto deposits are accepted, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Crypto-denominated bonus calculations follow the same principle.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jjj5 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, cricket weekend promotions, sports starter packages and other incentive schemes. All bonus offers are subject to their individual terms, which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only and are subject to the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Each User is entitled to claim a welcome or new-player bonus only once. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute fraud and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• All bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Illustrative examples (such as "30x wagering requirement") in marketing materials are examples only; always verify the live terms before claiming.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any derived winnings that remain subject to an active Wagering Requirement at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• jjj5 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are void where prohibited.
• Any bonus claimed through fraudulent means — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, VPN manipulation, or exploiting technical errors — will be voided and the Account subject to permanent suspension.

7 Wagering Rules

The following general wagering rules apply across all game categories offered by jjj5, including cricket betting, sports wagering, live dealer, slots, table games, esports and instant games:

• All wagers are placed in PKR and are final once confirmed. jjj5 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or manifest pricing error, jjj5 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the stake at its discretion.
• Cricket betting markets — including Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs, Team Totals, Over/Under, Player Performance and live in-play markets — are subject to the rules of the specific market as displayed within the platform. PSL, ICC and other tournament references are sports context only. jjj5 claims no official affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed at the point of wager placement and may vary by User account tier, promotional status or market type.
• jjj5 reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances suggesting suspicious betting patterns or potential manipulation.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots and casino games are disclosed within each game's information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjj5. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all Account balances, as well as potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or platform vulnerabilities. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately. Failure to report and deliberate exploitation constitutes fraud.
• Money laundering or any activity that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Collusion with other players in any game or wagering context.
• Accessing jjj5 from a known Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy service or other method of masking geographic location.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are funded by illegal means.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing jjj5 staff or other users through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjj5 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of jjj5 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jjj5 for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape or exploit any portion of jjj5 for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of jjj5.

The jjj5 name, logo and all related marks are proprietary to jjj5. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjj5 hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

• jjj5 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• jjj5 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• jjj5 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gambling on the platform. All gambling involves inherent financial risk and is not a reliable source of income.
• jjj5 shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures of third-party payment providers.
• In any event, the total aggregate liability of jjj5 to any User for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

jjj5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help Users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from within their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period determined by the platform.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. The platform will prevent further wagering once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Time reminders and hard session limits are available to prevent excessive continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may self-exclude for a defined period (e.g., 30, 90 or 180 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, Accounts are suspended and marketing communications are halted.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications can be enabled to remind Users of their session duration and spend.

12 Suspension & Termination

jjj5 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
• Regulatory, compliance or AML obligations require it.
• A User is identified as being underage.
• Continued operation of the Account creates legal or reputational risk for jjj5.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jjj5 support.

13 Amendments

jjj5 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email notification and/or by a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the amendment notice. Continued use of jjj5 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version entered into force.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjj5 holds its applicable operating license. jjj5 does not represent that this jurisdiction is Pakistan or that Pakistani law is the applicable governing law. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may separately apply to their activities regardless of the governing law of this Agreement.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jjj5 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism as set out in the applicable licensing framework. jjj5 is committed to handling all complaints fairly, transparently and in a timely manner.
